I’ve been trying to figure out what to hang above our large dresser for a while now and came upon a number of great ideas, but when it came down to it I really just wanted some pictures of our pups. They are pretty sweet and have such personalities, why not show them off?!
Thinking of this now, I wish I’d have done this when they were puppies so I would be able to compare. They are both now almost 9 and the gray is definitely showing.
Shortened process: Get the pups to sit in front of a light colored wall, while being tempted by treats by Travis behind me. Edit out the background (which is why the light background comes in handy), change to black/white, enlarge to size and BOOM! Prints done via Shutterfly and they turned out great.
I decided to go with 16×20 in terms of size, since I’d already had the frames (thanks Ikea). I think were I to do it again, I’d go even larger, but for now they’ll do just fine. Here is the final product(s) in action…
